Crest View Village
Located in Creston, Crest View Village is a seniors’ lifestyle community that provides independent and assisted living housing, hospitality and personal support services. It is designed for seniors who want a safe, rewarding and independent lifestyle, with the responsibilities of home maintenance. From Crest View, it’s a short stroll to a variety of shops, restaurants and services. The Creston Valley-Kootenay Lake area offers something for everyone: quiet hikes on one of the many beautiful trails, spectacular birds and waterfowl at the nearby Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area, and fishing in Kootenay Lake.
Crest View Village offers an established and proven resource for the local community. It creates 50-70 jobs, including full-time, part-time, and contract positions for highly skilled employees in the medical, culinary, maintenance, and trade sectors. There are volunteer positions available as well. Volunteers participate in many type of activities with residents within Support Housing, Assisted Living and Residential Care programs. Activities may include shopping, reading, walking, and fun events. They are much appreciated for providing valued companionship for the residents at Crest View Village.
