Why am I selling? I’ve injured my shoulder and I can’t do the chocolate work anymore.
Location: Nakusp is a beautiful little tourist town in BC. High season runs from June to December with peak business in the summer and at Xmas. In the winter things quiet down, but the local customers keep us busy through the slower months with Valentine’s Day, Easter, March Break and Mother’s Day.
I am selling the business, but the building is a rental. You can negotiate a lease with the owners.
I am not selling the name, you will have to rebrand it and make it your own – that’s the fun part!

I have spent 12 years growing a huge customer base which reaches through out the valley and have customers from as far away as Calgary and Edmonton who return every year. I closed the online shop a couple of years ago because I couldn’t keep up with demand, but you could easily increase revenues by going online again.
