With most of our staff now working remote, Community Futures has post-pandemic office space available to sublet in the building that we own with partners. There is 1,774 ft2 or more of exclusive use space, including 2 large training / workstation rooms, and 5-13 individual offices (depending on your needs), and 1,276ft of either shared or exclusive space -kitchen, washroom, entryway/reception. Leasing the entire 6,717ft2 space is also a possibility. We’d prefer leasing to a single tenant, but can look at subletting smaller portions as well. Rates would be $23/ft2 for smaller configurations, and as low as $19/ft2 if you want the entire CFCK space. We could potentially also include 8 coveted downtown Nelson parking stalls in that scenario.
